Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Grill

  Ensure the grill is disassembled, cleaned, and securely placed in its original packaging including all manuals, hardware, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
